I met with U at her lab meeting on Tuesday. I emailed her to find out when she is available to meet with me personally, but she has yet to respond. It looks like a good situation, though, and I'm excited to work in her lab.
I don't think I'm going to know what I'm doing fast enough for the CBD proposal, unless I write it more generally, but then I will probably not get any funding.
